Henry “Hank” Earle
Henry Hank Earle is a New York State licensed real estate sales professional and member of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors. Hank has spent the majority of his career serving people, determining what their needs are, and doing everything possible to fulfill them. Even before he became a real estate salesperson, Hank had all the skills that make a great real estate professional; and since joining Danielle Windus-Cook Properties (DWC), he has simply continued applying that same devotion to customer service, above and beyond.
By his second year with DWC, Hank had increased his real estate business by 250%. He is recognized by his clients and his peers for his responsiveness to the needs of his clients as well as his knowledge of the real estate industry and the Rochester real estate market in particular. As a DWC real estate professional, Hank assists buyers and sellers with every facet of the real estate process, including house search, property value analysis, purchase offer, inspections, and closing. He also helps his clients find professional services to assist with the purchase process (mortgage brokers, attorneys, home inspectors, etc.). Most of all, he establishes a relationship which makes his clients more than a customer.
Hank is based out of Brockport and serves the Greater Rochester community, buying and or selling residences. He knows the area well and has lived and worked here for over 20 years. He has seen it, and understands it, from many angles. He started out in the travel industry in Rochester, as a corporate travel counselor and customer service/sales manager with Grinnell Travel. He acquired over $2 million in new corporate business, negotiated hotel and meeting space, and maintained customer relationships, resolving issues and negotiating with vendors. Hank understands what makes Rochester great, why people come here, and what they love about the area.
Hank is married with 2 daughters, the older recently graduating from SUNY Geneseo University, and his younger about to graduate from Brockport High School. He is dedicated not just to serving his clientele but to serving his entire community. He was a hospice caregiver at Aurora House in Spencerport, and he continues to support it. He also serves on the Brockport High School Chorus Council.
Henry Hank Earle holds a BS Degree in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan College (Rochester), an AOS Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park), and a Certificate of Travel from the Connecticut Academy of Travel ( Norwalk, CT).
